I'm confused about the verb use. To my understanding, "uma" is active.. as in, to hurt someone. If something is feeling pain, isn't it umwa?

Is this sort of an odd sentence? Or might it be a common way to express something like "I have a headache"?

I think there are two ways: (1) Kichwa kinaniuma; (2) Ninaumwa kichwa.
