No, tři čtvrtě means three quarters, so it must be ...:45, a quarter to.
I would like to report and error. I wrote out "three forty-five" and "two forty-five" and it judged it as incorrect
Use "My answer should have been accepted" to report missing translations. Use the discussions to discuss. This wording is less direct, but probably could be added.
I think of the "na" in this context as "in the direction of". So "three quarters of the way, in the direction of 4". A quarter to 4.
