the irony is nobody says 색안경 here in korean. 'konglish' is just a part of the language. initially I didn't like it either but honestly it is Korean.
Yeah, it is like Hot dog, many country's use it as well.
I hear 선글래스, which I bet is another spelling for this word.
Would you refer to sunglasses as a pair (counter 켤레) or as a unit (what counter would you use then)?
Same question for trousers really...

Sunglasses, like trousers an scissors, are always plural in English.
