They're thinking: "Japanese fast, Chinese faster".

I saw that, but I meant Incubator updates, for example, https://incubator.duolingo.com/courses/ko/en/status

I would rather they concentrated on the course.

True, but it would be good to hear an update.

If you hear two shrill ringing sounds for the rest of your life, it's me screaming until the end of my days :D THAT FAST?! 1 DAY, 17%?!?! I'M NOT JOKING I FEEL LIKE CRYING WITH JOY!!!!

The incubator percentage algorithm is often very inaccurate as an indicator of how far a course has progressed, so I'd not read too much into this, other than that they're definitely getting on with making the course.

Don't depend too much on the percentage. It automatically measures number of words completed versus how many words are in the course, so if there are only five words added to the course so far and one is completed, it will tell you 20%, even though hundreds of words still need to be added. Stick to the expected release date, as that is manually set and will be more accurate.

I hope Duolingo has Cantonese on their list too!
