If I am typing the phrase correctly why is software telling me I'm wrong?

I don't have an answer to the this question. The phrase is required to be typed in English so I type in Goodbye, my city!, Goodbye, my town! and I am told this is wrong, when the correction is identical with the correction as far as I can tell. Any solutions (yes I have reported it).

Presuming you mean your answer is the entirety of: "Goodbye, my city!, Goodbye, my town!"

I think they are two answers separated by a comma, either of which is valid by itself. Most of the time it doesn't show two possible answers; I don't know why it did there (Phrases, lesson one).

Try just Goodbye my city.
