White screen when trying to sign on to Duo...

Does anyone know why this started happening? It must be my device ( this one is borrowed), but it only happens with Duo's website. Thanks

I have filed a bug report about this, and there are two threads to read if you look at the troubleshooting discussions. I hope we all get some help. Might it be better if you added your voice to my earlier post, please?

This exact thing happened to me for the last 3 days. Duolingo site was inaccessible, but I was penalized because my 50+ day streak is now back at zero. I don't think this is fair. Does anyone else feel the same way? Thanks!

You may want to reach out to Duolingo and request that your streak be restored. There are times this has been successful when the site has not been working properly. Good luck

Having the same problem and if I do get in it keeps crashing half way through a practise and going back to the beginning. It is not my device nor my internet, I have changed both to check.
