How do you contact someone working in duolingo with a question?
I've a technical question with setting up my classroom, I can't find an email or phone number to contact someone working in duolingo. I've two girls with different background languages both trying to learn English. When I open my classroom both their assignments are in their respective language - Spanish and German. But when one girl tries to open her account at home the instructions are in Spanish not German which is the language I have selected for her. I've tried creating a separate classroom for her, it doesn't change. What am I doing wrong? Is it not possible to do this within one account. Thank you. N.C
The language she sees on her screen is based on the course that she's currently viewing. When the student joined a classroom, we try to put her in the correct course, but it seems like there may have been some confusion in this case.
For the student to see the site in German, she can go to: https://www.duolingo.com/courses to see all courses. It asks what language she speaks (German) and then shows the courses that are available for speakers of that language. If she chooses the English course from that page, it should get things working correctly on her side.
