What happened to Duolingo app after the latest update?

After the latest version of Apple 11.0.2 update duolingo stopped working and my club info, lingots (more than 5000) I have and the active language flag (Norwegian) is gone. Disappointing. What can be done ?

I was experiencing this too and just updated the Duolingo app to 5.1.14 Duolingo my iOS 10.3.3 device. This update is supposed to fix the "wonkiness" in the Norwegian course, but now my app just crashes upon launch, so is totally unusuable

Somebody in the troubleshooting forum said he had this problem, but then it fixed when he deleted and reinstalled the app. You could try that out.
