It says the correct answer is "Co tu dělají tadyti vlci?" But is "tadyti" even a Czech word?

Yes, it is, but it's colloquial... Mostly used in Moravia.

It is not Standard Czech. "Tady ti" means literally "Here those".

Anyways, "tihle" or "tito" are far better choice.
