If you point out 그 shoes, you better say those shoes.
I'm not sure but I don't think so, because you aren't talking about some specific ones here but about "the shoes" in general.
The use of 팔 should also be accepted.
From English, how long should be 얼마나동안. 언제까지 is until when.
Not quite, in this particular question in English we're actually asking until when not for how long. E.g.
A: How long are you selling the shoes?
B: I'm selling them for a month.
A: Ah sorry, I mean when will you stop selling them?
for these types of sentences 판매할 거예요 sounds more better

Can someone explain this sentence to me?? I'm not the most familiar with 언제까지, and am thrown off by the future tense....
