Why is "놓쳤어요" wrong? I think it should be accepted (reported Feb. 2021).

to let something slip, to let something go (intentionally)
to miss, to lose, to waste (unintentionally)

Why "company" here? Previously , the same sentence was just "the employee missed the bus"
