Paid 19.99 on 10-10-17. iTunes charged me but the 6000 jewels never showed up on yhe app. you advertise this app as free, but i cannot continue without buying jewels
Request your money back from the service, from which you paid (credit card company, iTunes, ?)

At the moment, don' t use Duolingo's paid services, because there are many complaints about "paid for, but never got it" or "paid for, but it does not work"
It is a good habit, to earn jewels instead of paying for them. If you run out of "Duolingo health" you can recover by "practice previous material"
. use Duolingo's web version (www.duolingo.com) in the browser of your phone/tablet instead of the App.
