paid for jewels but they were never added to my account,

Paid 19.99 on 10-10-17. iTunes charged me but the 6000 jewels never showed up on yhe app. you advertise this app as free, but i cannot continue without buying jewels

  1. Request your money back from the service, from which you paid (credit card company, iTunes, ?)
    If this is not possible:
    Send a bug report via
    and select "Type of issue = Purchase Issue"

  2. At the moment, don' t use Duolingo's paid services, because there are many complaints about "paid for, but never got it" or "paid for, but it does not work"

  3. It is a good habit, to earn jewels instead of paying for them. If you run out of "Duolingo health" you can recover by "practice previous material"
    . use Duolingo's web version ( in the browser of your phone/tablet instead of the App.
