Could you also say "Ken jij waar het hoofdkantor is?" What is the difference between ken and weet?

No, if you want to use "kennen" to ask a location it would be: Ken jij/Kent u de locatie van het hoofdkantoor? (roughly would translate into: do you know the location of the headquarters)

kennen is more like 'to be familiar with'

weten is more like 'to know as a fact'

Does "weet je waar het hoofdkantoor ligt?" sound ok to a native speaker or should "is" always be used here?
