Šlo by přeložit i takto? Ani se nemusím pokoušet

Škoda že chybí odpověď. Taky mne to zajímá.

Možná, ale to není otázka na angličtinu ale na češtinu. Vallex píše, že patient je obligatory https://ufal.mff.cuni.cz/vallex/3.5/#/lexeme/pokou2/0 Ale taky mám podezření, že by to možná šlo.

I thought that in English, "I" might be stressed, so I wrote

"Ja se ani snazit nemusim".

Whats the problem about this answer?

We were missing this order.

This is not good idiomatic UK English. UK English speakers would say, instead, "I don't even have to try"....

"I do not/don't even have to try" is also accepted. Please keep in mind that, since Duo is US-based, US usage generally appears in the main translations. The team makes an effort to add BrE equivalents whenever possible.

Would you accept: Nemam se ani snazit?

No, that means "I am not supposed to even try.".
