Cannot get my account to sync with my I phone

Cannot find any where in the help section where I can get my i phone to sync up with my account, On my phone its says the " email already taken" Any ideas please

Ok I sorted it, Just reset and logged in again, Lost my streak but that's ok, I'll start again. Thank you
