The literal translation is: 'we went to the wedding in Kenya. To attend = ku-hudhuria.

Why not, "Tulikwenda harusi kwenye Kenya"? Seems backwards.

-enda- and -kwenda are both used in this course. Both are correct, but for any given answer only one is accepted :(

If you back-translate this, you get Tulihudhuria harusi Kenya, which does not look much like the original sentence.
