There is no specification for 반말 or 존댓말 here so why is there a difference between two of the answers?
There is a lot of that. You have to memorize speech level for each sentence.
FYI: It sounds sarcastic. "Where is the lock? Tell me huh?" "자물쇠는" is recommendable.
