I'm actually wondering if "prosím" can be used as "here you go", just like Polish "proszę" can.

It can be used like that.

I am sorry, but I do not know where else to ask this question. A week ago I finally figured out how to load a Czech keyboard. Today I noticed that it does not contain an ó key. I cannot remember a Czech word with an ó. How frequently is the letter ó used in Czech?

Please ask these questions in the main Czech Duolingo forum.

Words with ó are normally not native Czech words but borrowings like gól (goal), pór (pore), pórek (leek, poreo). The ó charactered can be entered on Czech keyboards as a composition of ´ + o.

The Old Czech ó changed to ů many centuries ago.
