Ich bin (I am)

Du bist (You are)

Sie ist (She is)

Er ist (He is)

Es ist (It is)

Wir sind (We are)

Ihr seid (You are, if you are talking to more than one)

Sie sind (They are)

Sie sind (Formal version of ‘Du’)

This is similar to how in English it changes to “am, are, is”.

So, what exactly is your question?

You really do need to continue in your German lessons further before you can worry about applying and improving fluency as you do not know enough nouns, verbs, articles or simple grammar even. sinde isn't even a word in German, and seind is a noun so it would have to be capitalized. I am also guessing that English isn't your first language. So if you are studying German from English you are at a double disadvantage.
