WHAT IN THE WORLD!!!?

I have been doing duolingo for about four years now. Not ever have I had this problem. Then I log in today to find that my account has been so called deleted. All my progress for all four of my languages has been deleted. I have to legit redo all of my trees. Very very upset. HOW IN THE WORLD! all my hard work. gone. Years wasted. Now I have no level at all. I'm more than furious! Things like these are why people don't trust websites.

Are you 100% sure that the only e-mail you used (you can verify that easily by your inbox TO address) is associated to "BigDawwg"?
I am very sorry, but I have to ask you that, even after 4 years.

Have you been using the web or the mobile?

I wish there would be an easy backup restore functionality (script / tool controlled) for accounts from 24-48h before by a 3rd party technical DuoLingo support to MANUALLY apply the restore for one or multiple selected courses :-(

Yes sir, That is the absolute only email associated with this account. I use web. I have Reported a bug, Because thats what seemed like the most logical thing to do at the moment. I'm just over all upset.

Hi! This appears indeed to be an oldish account. Were you in a Duolingo classroom? I have never seen this before. It is possible to reset your own progress but I have not seen it being reset for you.

Can you tell me the date of when this happened?
