Gramaticalmente, todas son correctas. Sin embargo, yo no diría 2, ya que normalmente se usa o el presente continuo (3) o el "going to" (1) para referirse a planes concretos. Por otro lado, diría "we will have exams next summer".

I believe that, as translations, only #3 is correct,

IN Spanish, #1 is: "voy a tener"

<h1>2 is: ' tendremos'</h1> <h1>3 is correct, because it is appropriate to translate a Spanish present tense with an English present progressive.</h1>
