Won't let me purchase my 329 day streak back.
Duolingo offered to let me purchase back my streak, so I went and purchased a 25$ iTunes card. Now, it is not letting me buy my streak; very disheartening. Could I please get in contact with Duolingo staff?

@Ch33rChica, to complete Pentaan's answer, if your issue isn't after a purchase being made (but that you aren't anymore offered to buy back your streak), then the only way to contact directly staff is to fill this form. Note that "contact" means that the report will be sent directly to staff, it doesn't mean they'll answer you.

Yes, but since the article is about "done" purchases failing and, I think, Ch33rChica's is that they can't (try to) do the purchase --- AFAI understand, they can't click anywhere to buy their streak, it's not that they did purchase on Duo and they haven't been served --- then I wanted to make clear that the form is the way to go even if the article doesn't fit (exactly) their case.
We can only guess how the DuoLingo app developers might have realized the repair feature, but I would expect if "days_ago" is 1-2 the available_repair would be set to TRUE.
The good thing is that you do not have any new XPs registered and you also have not started a new streak (day 1).
So it might be the first case, not the second.
Q: Why do you have to buy a voucher / card? Can you not directly pay with Paypal / credit card?
This worked with the Android app lingot store (Bluestacks Android emulator) and the additional "Repair streak" item.
