Intermediate- to advanced-level French vocabulary Tinycards decks

Hey everyone! I've been learning French for the last couple years and have started making some pretty comprehensive Tinycards decks for a little while as I've narrowed down that I need to work most on my vocab. Here's all the ones I've made so far (most have 100+ cards in them, and I'm adding to them all the time):

Animals I:

Animals II:

Nature (words like 'pond', 'bay', 'wetland', 'environment', etc):

Finance (like 'save', 'spend', 'stock', 'mortgage', etc):

Clothing (all different articles of clothing, from 'hat' to 'suit of armour', and adjectives to describe clothing like 'striped', 'polka-dotted', etc):

Body parts or nouns related to the body (from outer parts like 'belly button' to organs to words like 'bruise'):

Body actions (like 'to sneeze', 'to digest', 'to cough', 'to rock back and forth', etc):

Cooking verbs (like 'whip', 'fry', 'bake' etc):

Baking ingredients and recipes (like 'flour', 'shortening', 'food colouring', etc):

Objects you'd find in a kitchen:

Types of homes and residences:

Computer terms for software (like click, drag, copy, paste, etc):

Computer terms for hardware (like keyboard, motherboard, processor, etc):

Canadian (québécois) French:

Canadian French (crude language):

Canadian French (expressions):

I'm making more all the time (I'm currently working on more generalized lists of abstract nouns/random objects, have at least a couple more 'Animals' decks to make, with plans for a "Things you'd find around the house" and "Actions you'd do with an object" decks, among others) and am open to suggestions for new ones. Thought I'd share them here so we don't all have to compile these vocab lists ourselves.

I've been learning German for about eight months now too, so will translate these all into German at some point probably a few months from now as well.

I don't know what to say! You have put so much hard work into making these decks for us! It is you who must be thanked!

Haha, thanks! Hope they help you in your French adventure!

I'm French and I thank you because I can use all of your cards as a reverse tree for learning some words I don't know in English. I just discovered cards thanks to you, so maybe someone else has done something similar from French to English, just in order to have the correct pronunciation of English word :)

Je pensais pas qu'il y aurait des francophones qui utiliseraient mes cartes pour apprendre l'anglais - je peux les régler pour qu'ils prononcent les mots en anglais aussi !

November 7, 2017

C'est comme tu le souhaites mais je ne veux pas te déranger :) Comment ca se passe si tu mets une double prononciation dans 2 langues différentes ? On pourra choisir la langue prononcée ?

Merci d'avance :)

Merci Saelyra! Canadian crude language seems fun, it may allow me to troll in a different language.

November 6, 2017

Merci @Saelyria, c'est très gentil à vous !

November 6, 2017

Votre meilleur, merci beaucoup!

November 6, 2017

@Saelyria If I want to create cards have I the possibility of image, word and sound?

November 6, 2017

Yeah, you can add images pretty easy. Right now they have built-in sound for certain languages (when you make your deck, you select what language the front and/or back of all your cards is); you can't add your own sound clips. Last I checked they don't have images with sound unless you edit the images.

Ah merci beaucoup!

November 6, 2017

Oh, merci beaucoup! :)

November 7, 2017

November 7, 2017

November 7, 2017

merci beaucoup
