Isn't 안녕하십니까 a little formal for "Hi"?
Yes, indeed. So 안녕 is perfect here.
I believe that's more of asking if the person is well. But I agree it's also a formal greeting for Hi.
My non-korean friends used to always say "onion" (°^°)a
Not sure for everyone else but I chose 안녕 and was correct
hm. Idk im horrible at this i just want to understand BTS ); oof
Yup, I also put it. All the 안녕's are correct.
So I also heard that Hello was 여보세요. Is it not or is it another way to say this?
That's how you say hello on the phone. Just like in Japanese, you say konnichiwa in person but say "moshi moshi?" on the phone
That's more for when you answer the phone.
So this was one of the first things i learned in korean but to be sure isnt this "annyeong" a shorter less fornal version of "annyeonghaseo"
thank you arrested development!
한자 : 安寧하세요
I put Hello! for it, and it said incorrect.
I just knew the answer cause its written on my 21p shirt, is this cheating?
Thats so weird, I have the cardigan and i just realised what it said yesterday lmao
