So I was born in Guatemala and then I moved to the states when I was five. I still know Spanish fluently and never known any other language. Duolingo is on point on their Spanish. I have tried Rosetta Stone to practice Spanish and Rosetta Stone was way off on pronunciation. Duolingo has a universal Spanish type. The reason I say this is because one of my friends spoke in Spanish and I understood him completely. He than told me Duolingo was where he learned Spanish and then I tried it and loved it.
Yeah their Spanish is good. I've been in a Spanish Dual Immersion program since 2nd grade. I am still taking the Honor Spanish classes. I had half the day in Spanish and the other half in English. One of my friends started taking Duolingo Spanish and told me that it was really helping her with her Spanish skills. I tried it and it was amazing! I started learning French and I am loving it soooooo much! Duolingo is wonderful!
Great to hear from the native speaker! Spanish is an awesome language!
Thats really great to know because one of my best friends relatives only speaks spanish!
¡Por Duolingo y mi clase de español, sé mucho español! Espero ser fluido un día.
Well, good to know because I want to learn spanish soo much! I joined Duolingo a few weeks ago and i can say that i have already learnt some words and phrases!
Hello, do you all have any ideas for me on how to best use Duolingo for my benefit (I would love to be fluent in Spanish). Thank you!
Good story...I'm half Mexican and my mom was born there, but I have lived in the U.S. my whole life so I speak Spanish but I struggle, I feel quite inspired to master it.
