Beta Duration?

How long does it usually take for a class to go out of its Beta phase? I'm curious because I want to make sure I'm learning the correct form of Japanese.

See the following page for a complete list of how long each course on Duolingo took to get out of beta phase:

The English from Japanese course was in beta for two whole years (731 days)!

The course was made by native speakers. The only mistakes you'll find are questions with more than one answer yet only some answers are accepted. Trust me, you ARE learning the correct form of Japanese.

There is no defined length for beta testing.

It's to do with the rate of error reporting. Once it hits the target criteria, it exits beta.
