I put "it is interesting that he does not recognize it" and it was counted wrong. I'm not sure why though. Ji also means "it", doesn't it?

It depends on which sense you have in mind. The neuter gender would be "je / jej / ho", "ji" is clearly feminine. However, if it is a book, than that is feminine "kniha" in Czech and it is "it" in Czech.

But we do not currently accept it.
