German! I love the German language <3 <3<3

I think I'll choose English because I can speak it but mostly because I feel that the English language is easy to sing in.

PS: Thank you for putting the British English because that's the original English ;)

Yes!! Practically driven to distraction by Duo using the American Flag for English. No offense meant to Americans, but I think it really ought to be the British Flag :/ Or at least half of each.

Love German, love the way it looks, love the way it sounds, love making those sounds...my vote goes to German!

Half of each? That would look extremely weird.

Duolingo teaches American English which is why they have the American flag.

Why would Duolingo use the British flag if it doesn't teach British English?

This is actually a hard one for me. In terms of hearing the languages in a casual conversation/dialogue, I would choose English. However, in terms of singing, I love how German sounds. It's very powerful and alluring (not to say Bohemian Rhapsody was not powerful).

So... I guess a draw? It's hard to choose!

But, at the end of the day, when comparing German to English overall, I would say English. I may change my vote, but who knows. ^ ^

Also, it would be very interesting to compare Korean and Japanese, with a specific focus on Jpop and Kpop. As a fan of both genres, I often analyze them and it would be cool to see them "battle".

Hmmm that is hard because I have never heard or read German.

Then checkout the links and written sample SamuelCristea provided at the bottom of the original post. Maybe that will help you decide :)

Just a reminder this challenge will end tomorrow. So, if you haven't placed your vote yet, please do so before it ends.

German, becuase it has more specific vocabulary and that makes that you can go to deeper topics
