Translation:Wir mögen Babys.
The correct spelling is 'Babys'. The English plural is not considered correct in German. (But a lot of Germans use it nontheless).
I think "Wir mögen Säuglinge" is correct, but I think that nobody would say that because "Säuglinge" is a technical term used e.g. in hospitals whereas "Babys" are cute and everyone loves them. "Babys" is used in context of good feelings, families, fun, etc.; "Säuglinge" is used in context of diseases, science, etc.

- Säuglingsschwester = infant nurse
- Säuglingssterblichkeit = infant death
- Säuglingsmilchnahrung = infant formula
