Well, not "is" ... "She has not walked" or "She's not walked" are both fine. The second one sounds exclusively British to me and, elsewhere, I think most people would contract it as "She hasn't walked".

In any case "She is not walked" is not correct English unless you mean passively, like a dog, in which case, that would be Hatembezwi.
