We just don't say that in Dutch. Only "Hier zijn jouw (or je) sokken" is correct. However, if this sentence were about another person's socks, e.g your mother's or your brother's, then you would say "Hier zijn de sokken van jouw (je) moeder" and "Hier zijn de sokken van jouw (je) broer."
