French military vocab

I've created a list of military vocabulary flashcards for French learners on Tiny Cards. Here's the link: https://tiny.cards/decks/6663f7a3-996e-4d4a-9208-954f39cc126d

Please note: 1) I'm a novice so all comments & corrections are very welcome because there may be mistakes despite my best efforts, and 2) it's a work in progress

I hope people find it useful.

Almost everything is right, I just spotted 3 mistakes:

  • LE poste de garde. Otherwise it would be a post office for the guards. :)
  • UN lance-roquettes. Even though it's une roquette, the launcher is masculine.

Very interesting...did you include any "slang" or old French military terminology? Terms only used by the salty sailors or dog soldiers.

Not yet - it is just equipment and buildings at the moment. I'd like to research some slang for my own interest - not sure if I would be allowed to add it to Tiny Cards due to the offensive nature of the content.
