Preposition taking Dative or Accusative case: A tip (but I'm not _sure_ I remember correctly).

A long time ago someone gave me a tip about remembering which prepositions take the dative and which take the accusative case. For the dative you sing to the tune of the first line of twinkle, twinkle little star "aus, bei, mit, nach, seit, von, zu" Then to the tune of the second line _ How I wonder what you are_ you sing "durch, fuer, gegen, ohne, um". (excuse the e for an umlaut) Regards

I'd like to know if this is correct also.

add 'ausser' to the dative list. You have both groups but there are others.
