Sounds like an interesting restaurant
Quite a few restaurants I have been to in China don't have many plates, if any. Most people eat from bowls.
"Sorry, we have no plates" should be accepted, reported on Nov. 18. 2017.
Still rejected. Reported again on Aug. 21 2018
Was rejected. Another report Feb. 9th 2019.
"We don't have plates" and "We have no plates" are totally equivalent in English.
I think 'we have no plates' should be acceptable.
When will we learn, "Yes! We have no bananas. We have no bananas today." ?
Sorry, we have no plates. The words, 没有, as I learned it, is to have none - literally the absence of something. As in I 没有 patience for the rigid system Duolingo uses. LOL.
You'll just have to eat out of the take away food carton.
"sorry we have no plates" marked as wrong =( please fix this
Why is "Sorry, we have no plate" incorrect translation?
Oh god, i'll never stop listening "panzi" like in Japanese in this sentence...
