Does "plná" have a latin root? It reminds me of "plenam", which evolved to Spanish "llena" and Italian "piena".

Maybe the correct answer should be "the bathtub is full of water", I just wonder how can a bathroom be full of water.

Koupelna means "bathroom," not "bathtub." The room could be easily be said to be "full of water" if the bathtub overflowed.
