Why isn't "That is a man" accepted? It seems like the most literal translation. If there was a context which clearly indicated that both men and women are being referred to, then it would be understandable, but in the absence of such context it seems dubious not to accept the literal meaning of the sentence.

It's not as of 05/17/2018. When does Mench translate as "man" and when does it translate as "human". DL is inconsistent as to which one it accepts.
