Difference between ありません and ではありません ?

こんにちは!I have (yet another) question to ask about Japanese: What is the difference between ありません and ではありません ?

ありません means There isn't/aren't or There is/are no, while ではありません means isn't/aren't.

Example:

本屋さんにはお菓子がありません ( There are no sweets in a bookstore)

本屋さんはコンビニではありません (A bookstore is not a convenience store).

Note:

は or がcan come before ありません depending on context.
