Duolingo Language Certificates?

I once was able to share my estimated fluency level in a language (at the time it was intermediate) on LinkedIn from Duolingo, but I cannot remember how to do this anymore. Does anyone know how to gauge your fluency level from Duolingo and possibly share this information on social media?

Luckily you cannot share Duolingo's progress anymore, because the Fluency% of Duolingo is not based on an official certificated language test.

And wombatua wrote another good reason:

.... it shouldn't be put on a networking site. I occasionally hire people, and I'd look on someone who crowed about their linguistic ability by citing Duolingo as a candidate with poor judgment.

It's not an option anymore. Before they removed the links, you could click on it and fill it out yourself (they wouldn't autofill anymore) but that was the last I've seen of them.
