Same questions over and over

So sometimes when I will start a lesson it will give me the first two questions and then repeat them for the entire lesson. Is anyone else having this problem? It says that you learn other things too but it will only get a few. Maybe it is because Japanese is in beta? I don't know but help because it is really annoying

Same here.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I have seen several complaints about the same issue in several language courses. Even in non-beta courses like "German for English speakers"
Many people got this sentence over and over

Yes, I'm also having this problem. The last ten questions in my Dutch exercise were all 'the horse is fast'. It's happening in all my courses today. Should I delete and reinstall the app?

I'm having the same in Greek. "Why do you drink orangade?" 8 times in a row. Normal lessons. This has just started for me. Had something else repeat over and over the other day too. Very annoying. Either a serious bug or the course is just full of "filler".

Hi, I have noticed the same problem in the Duolingo Japanese course (web version). I filed a bug report yesterday, hope they will fix it. It's very annoying having repeat the same sentence over and over again, but what's worse is that you are not presented with all the content for the lesson.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed this for me.

Thanks for that. However, I'm not using the app version but the web version. Could you check if the web version works for you?

In Duolingo Japanese, one of the affected lessons (at least for me) is lesson 3 of "Activity 1".

It will only show me the following two sentences: あさってべんきょうします。 - I will study the day after tomorrow. あしたべんきょうします。 - I will study tomorrow.

EDIT: I just noticed that you are probably not using Duolingo Japanese but Greek. Anyway, could you still check if the affected lessons are working for you now in the web version?

ah I see. I've not used the web version. Perhaps clearing cache might help? Sounds like exactly the same issue. Interesting that it exists across mobile and web...

Duolingo support got back to me and they also suggested clearing the cache but that didn't resolve it. They have added the issue to their internal issue tracking system. Hope it gets resolved soon!
