For "Kam (ty) jdeš?" (singular) is correct "Where are you going?". For "Kam chodíš?" (singular) is "Where do you go?".

“Kam chodíte s prázdnými flaškami?” could be accepted. It is a correct czech word. https://prirucka.ujc.cas.cz/?slovo=flaškami
