German B1 Exam - marks needed to pass?

This week I will be taking my German B1 exam at the Goethe Institut and I'm a bit worried about passing. Does anyone know what marks are needed in each section to pass the exam? I haven't been able to find the specific information online...

Thank you!!

You should probably ask the Goethe Institut as all tests might be slightly different.

Do they have practice tests online? Those might tell you about their marking scheme.

For the Telc German B1 exams, their practice test (available at https://www.telc.net/en/candidates/language-examinations/tests/detail/zertifikat-deutsch-telc-deutsch-b1.html#t=2 ) says on page 35 that the pass mark is 180/300 points (60%) but that you also have to have at least 60% in each of the two main parts (written and oral), i.e. at least 135/225 and 45/75, respectively. (The written part is worth 75% of your mark, the oral part 25%.)

I copied this from one of my old practice tests hope it helps:

Bewertung Lesen, Sprachbausteine und Sprechen

Leseverstehen Teil 1 Aufgabe 1 – 5 je 5 Punkte

Teil 2 Aufgabe 6 – 10 je 5 Punkte

Teil 3
Aufgabe 11 – 20 je 2,5 Punkte

Sprachbausteine Teil 1

If you're at a 12 with Duolingo I am confident you will pass. I took my B1 exam at the Goethe Institute in Atlanta, GA last year and squeaked by.

Not sure I can agree with that. I'm level 23 and various online tests suggest I'm somewhere around A2 for reading, worse, I suspect, for oral and writing.
