Does someone know if there is going to be a course on the Finnish language soon. If you ask me, it's the most beautiful language in the world, so I really want to learn it.

I along with several others are anticipating the opening of Finnish on December 6, Finland's 100th Independence Day. The Duolingo Plus suit is one of the reasons why I'm anticipating this date for the opening.

It would certainly be appropriate, given the anniversary, but I'm curious what direct evidence you've seen that makes you think this might really happen. Finnish has been requested by lots of people for years, and I've never personally seen any movement from Pittsburgh on that front, though I also haven't been looking for it.

It's just wishful thinking, but really, most of the other heavily requested languages have been added already, so maybe there's a tiny speck of a chance.
