Additional advertising is unwelcome

So on the apps, now when you complete a new lesson instead of just saying "well done, here's some gems", it's not as encouraging - instead of a "congrats you learned something", it just immediately suggests you watch a video.

It'd be better for learning if you got a congrats before the video pop up.

Although I respect the content is free and advertising is necessary, I feel it's worth feeding back on the nature and presence of the advertising.

I don't even see advertising anymore. Must be subliminal.

Move on, don't worry about it. It keeps your lessons FREE.

Ah yes, don't complain. You don't have the right to, because it's free.... What baloney.

Despite the fact that it's all user-created content...

I agree advertising is necessary to pay for most of the content I enjoy, but Duo founders themselves say they considered the way in which they place advertisements is important. The video suggestion could be formatted better - it would resemble the other advertisements, which are placed after the notification saying you've successfully refreshed the lesson.

I see the videos as a reward in and of themselves.
