Is there a way to say this using "reicht"?

No.

reichen is to be enough or sufficient, not to have had enough.

Unless you turned it around and said what you had enough of, e.g. Das Essen hat für mich gereicht. "The food was enough for me. The food was sufficient for me", which is similar in meaning to Ich hatte genug Essen. "I had enough food."
