When will iOS app get splitscreen support for iPad Pro / iOS 11?

Topic says it all.

Wondering when this will be updated? It is nice to have e.g. a notetaking app on a side and a stylus/applepen and write (and draw) the language you are learning so that is constantly applying the new words in a creative way to learn even more efficiently. So far I can do this only if I use the duolingo on browser as the browser apps support split screen multitasking.

As of today on iPadOS13 (beta) there’s still no split screen available.
