What is the difference between "je" and "jada"?

For example: "Ona je jabłko" and "Ona jada jabłko".

"Ona jada jabłko" would mean that she has really, really huge apple or that she is a dwarf. Then, from time to time, she grasps a piece of her apple and eats it...

OK, that's true, hard to use the habitual version with just one apple :D

'Jada' is habitual.. It would actually have to be "Ona jada jabłka" and it does not mean she is eating an apple at the moment, but rather that she eats apples in general. "one je jabłko" means just "she is eating an apple"

Well, "je" is good enough for Present Simple as well, but "jada" is better, true. But it's like a higher level of fluency in Polish.
