Dealing with homonyms in Tinycard decks?

Anyone have any ideas or methods of integrating homonyms in a Tinycard deck? For nouns it is simple enough to add different pictures, but for verbs and adjectives it can be trickier. The only way I can think of is to separate them completely in multiple decks.

Does someone have a better way of adding homonyms to the same deck?

Hi Phil,

Not in my knowledge. The only way I know to integrate informations in cards is to load them up as pictures. At least it's working for the cards I'm creating.

The funktion 'add fact' doesn't work for me because it makes exercises confusing and in some cases impossible. So I started to make. This is the only way I found out to mark the cards or to give hints and to put this kind of cards in one deck.

Best regards Angel

Yeah, I'm not entirely sure about how the facts are supposed to work. I assumed it was a way of adding extra information, but I ended up getting quizzed on some as though they were considered a third or forth side of the card. :\

Hi Phil,

yes this behaviour of the programm is very annoying. I don't know what's the point of it. But with pictures you can avoid this. I didn't tried Anki yet (to lazy) but it looks like a good way to make practicing cards.

Best regards Angel

About half the Tinycard decks are useless because they have errors or are not consistent in the presentation.

Yeah I noticed that too. I've used Anki for a while though so I actually prefer making my own flashcard decks. I'm really liking the built-in image search though, makes deck building go a whole lot faster.

I've rarely seen errors in TinyCards decks. Could you provide some examples?

Mostly typos and odd choices by users. I had one card ask me to write "Kimchi (김치) is a side dish usually made with fermented vegetables. The most common variety uses cabbage." or something along those lines completely from memory.
