No slow version of German male voice?

I appreciate that Duolingo is bringing a variety of speakers. However, there doesn't seem to be a slow version of the male German speaker. As he sometimes seems to slur his words, this is not very helpful.

i completely agree with you

Yeah, it's really frustrating! And there are some other problems besides that one:
-Pretty bad voice recognition with numbers.
-Missing definite article when you need to know the grammatical gender of a noun.
-Where there's a repeated word in a sentence and you try speaking it out, it only takes the first one as in: ~''Geschäft ist Geschäft,'' and you end up getting such exercise wrong.

Yeah, the male German voice is pretty awful. Very awful. I hate it.

er ist ahnlich betrunken?

This has been a problem for me as well. He does sound a lot better than I remember the previous attempt at a male German voice a few years ago, but there are times when I just can't figure out what he's saying, and a slow version would help lots there.

Yes, I have noticed the same thing

I know that there used to be a slow version of the voice, but for some reason it no longer exists. Unfortunate.
