Why not "he says very ugly words often"?
Why not "often she says very ugly words" ?
I think it's "he", not "she".
That shouldn't matter cuz 'ríká' is both for he and she.
I know 'velmi' doesn't translate to 'really' in english, but in the context doesn't 'She often says really ugly words' mean exactly the same thing?
Pretty similar, but in Czech that is opravdu, skutečně, vskutku.
