Il doit dormir avec les poissons (or maybe "chez"?)
How does one say "concrete shoes" in French? :)
Je pense qu'on peut dire: Il porte des chaussures de béton.
Whats funny is this maybe the one sentence no one got wrong.
Must "il" here be "he," or can this also read, "It has to die"? I tried it to be less morbid. I thought I would get it right, but it counted, "It has to die" as incorrect.
"It has to die." is correct if speaking about an animal or a tree for example.
Came for the comments, was not disappointed
I hope he doesn't die....
hahaha me too, but if he has to die, he will die D:
Tout le monde doit mourir.
Play Skyrim in French, they said. You're going to learn a lot, they said.
Well, I did: "Vous allez mourir!", "Votre sang m'appele!", and now Duo is following suit :)
Why not "he must die"
"He must die" is accepted.
It's a bit unnerving that about 90% of the comments have been deleted.
I really wonder what you people have been talking about...
Very ominous almost-whisper from the female voice.
So about people saying Duolingo has sentences that you will never have to use in real life...
Hopefully never have to use...
Depending who are we talking to he probably indeed has to die. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
What is going on with these deleted comments? Why?
How do you know that there were deleted comments?
Why is this so dark... I mean seriously, why does he have to die? EVERYONE WANTS TO LIVE!
"C'est dur de mourir au printemps, tu sais ...."
